Role - In Summary We are looking for a high quality, experienced and creative person to take the role within the business of Marketing Executive. The Job Purpose We are looking for someone with a very logical and creative eye to be responsible for a critical area of marketing at our new Reading offices in Green Park. Job Duties • Writing the necessary content for social media, relevant advertising copy and email marketing • Design marketing templates for print and digital purposes using Adobe Creative suite • Updating the website with new content and imagery using the content management system • Marketing management of and liaison with all Commercial Area and AR stakeholders • Working alongside the specialist functions within the Marketing team (e.g. Paid and Organic Media, Graphic Design, Content, Email Marketing, Technical SEO, Research, etc.) to drive the exponential growth • Create regular performance reports • Helping manage agencies (e.g. SEO / Paid Media PR / Ad Agencies) and freelance writers • Help to coordinate and plan relevant Marketing events throughout the year • Keep abreast of latest content/SEO trends and approaches • Identifying industry category growth areas • Maintaining best practice approach in running of the activity • Implement new technologies and trends into campaigns • Adhere closely to all deadlines • Reporting on the performance of these areas • Budget and KPI management Skills and Qualifications • 4 years’ proven experience in similar role(s) • In-depth B2C or B2B automotive experience preferred • Creative eye / flair for content and copywriting • Very high attention to detail • Self-motivated. You’re as happy working on your own as you are collaborating with others • You take initiative and go the extra mile • You’re good at prioritising and organising workflow and juggling multiple tasks • Enjoy both big picture strategic thinking and the nitty gritty details of execution • Excellent written skills • Clear communication skills, self-motivated and strong leadership skills • Team-oriented and goal-oriented Essential Software Experience • Significant prior experience of CMS / CRM systems • Mailchimp or equivalent email marketing software • Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads • Facebook Ad Suite • Hubspot or other relevant marketing software • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Reporting To • Head of Brand, Marketing and Insights
