The Role: As a Legal Advisor, you’ll work closely with the team and Legal Director, providing expert legal guidance across residential real estate, litigation and property management. This role calls for someone proactive, detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of their responsibilities while driving improvements in the business. Key Responsibilities: Offer legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions. Manage residential litigation cases, including court representation. Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Address property management concerns, including tenant disputes and regulatory adherence. Work collaboratively with external counsel and other stakeholders. Contribute to shaping company policies and procedures. Report to the Legal Director and support senior management. About You: Qualified in Law (LLB or GDL.) Extensive experience in residential real estate. Experience with property litigation and property management preferred, but not essential. Deep knowledge of real estate law and contracts. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office. Why Join?
