White Horse Employment are proudly partnering with a well-known manufacturing business based in Ilfracombe, looking for a part time Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy Finance team.
This is a varied role, but will primarily involve the processing of invoices in the Purchase Ledger function, processing expenses, and supporting general finance function activities, as well as managing all enquiries relating to Purchase Ledger.
Key responsibilities:
* Timely input of purchase invoices.
* Dealing promptly with supplier and invoice queries via email and telephone.
* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Checking compliance with HMRC shipping documentation.
* Updating and maintaining financial elements of supplier database.
* Administration of employee expenses.
* Providing department cover when required.
