DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to join our Operations Technology Supply Chain Solutions team. In this role, you'll drive business growth and service excellence by leveraging customer insights and operational data. You'll be responsible for enhancing our system platforms, optimizing fulfillment services, and identifying growth opportunities as we expand into new regions.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and implement scalable supply chain solutions using customer feedback and operational metrics
2. Lead multiple strategic projects focused on service optimization and regional expansion
3. Transform customer insights and market data into actionable service improvements
4. Drive end-to-end implementation of new services, from initial concept to launch
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing services and develop new offerings
6. Create compelling business cases and strategic recommendations for leadership
7. Deliver comprehensive business documents that inform executive decision-making
A day in the life
1. Strategy & Planning
Analyze service performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Evaluate customer feedback and usage patterns to shape improvements.
Develop business cases for new service offerings.
Design scalable solutions for evolving customer needs.
Create and maintain strategic service roadmaps.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead key stakeholder meetings to align on priorities.
Present recommendations to senior leadership.
Work with regional teams on implementation strategies.
Partner with technical teams on platform improvements.
Engage directly with customers to understand their evolving needs.
3. Service Portfolio Management
Monitor and analyze service health metrics.
Track project deliverables and milestones.
Optimize service costs and efficiency.
Study competitive landscape.
Identify opportunities for service expansion.
4. Documentation & Communication
Create strategic narratives and business cases.
Develop executive presentations.
Write service specifications and requirements.
Maintain comprehensive portfolio documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
3. Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
4. Years of program or project management experience and defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
2. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
3. Years of driving end-to-end delivery, driving process improvements experience and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
