Senitor is thrilled to partner with an international tech leader shaping the future of cloud technology! We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven Technical Solutions Architecture with Pre Sales & Post-installation Support to join a remote team based anywhere in the UK or Ireland. This urgent role focuses on end-to-end platform deployment, customer engagement, and technical strategy.
This role is a customer facing position with a technical relationship & strategy with our customers - from pre-sales to post-installation support.
About the Role:
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will have a deep knowledge of designing and deploying, innovative solutions, managing customer relationships, and providing strategic technical guidance.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years in public cloud deployments, with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
* 3+ years with Kubernetes & Terraform.
* Networking: Proficient in IP routing, DNS, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
* Application Architecture: Strong understanding of OS, databases, messaging queues, caching, etc.
* Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Skilled in Terraform for automated deployments.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences - for pre sales & post Installation Support
* Proven experience managing customer relationships in technical consulting.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, managing multiple projects effectively.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on cloud consulting and deployments.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
* Knowledge of cloud security best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
