TRUDON is a French luxury brand, founded in 1643 and formerly official supplier of the French royal court. To this day, Maison Trudon has developed a strong savoir-faire in developing sophisticated interior scents in various forms, principally candles as well as an acclaimed line of fine fragrances.
As the brand is opening a new retail location in central London, we are looking for Sales Associates to support the store team:
People Responsibilities
* Contribute actively to the store sales, providing a remarkable service to all, supporting the management team, and representing the brand and image
* Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand
* Network in the community to drive sales and traffic to the boutique
* Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
* Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
* Partner closely with Store Manager and HQ to drive sales goals and support team trainings
Operational Responsibilities
* Contribute to operations, such as stock control and inventories
* Process customer transactions at the cash desk
* Receive and process deliveries, including prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients

* 2+ years experience in selling, luxury goods preferred
* Strong clienteling ability
* Strong sales performance
* Retail operations expertise
* Ability to occasionally work evenings, holidays and weekends
