Teaching Assistant Salary Scale TA1 Points 1-4 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.00pm (1/2hr unpaid lunch) We are looking to appoint an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to work in our Year 3/4 class This post is 30 hours per week, initially fixed term until July 2024 The successful candidate will: Have experience of supporting individual needs. Have recent experience of working within a school setting and sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. Demonstrate a good level of English and Maths, with GCSE qualification graded A-C, or equivalent Have the ability to confidently follow planning and adapt where necessary to support children’s individual needs. Have experience in delivering intervention programmes for groups and individuals Be a team player, who is committed to their own professional development Support the Christian ethos of our school Have working knowledge of safeguarding practices We can offer A positive and supportive team Dedicated and flexible colleagues committed to improvement for all learners.
