We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a hospitality company based in London, with a portfolio of exciting and unique hotels & restaurants nationally and internationally.
You will assist the Head of Digital in continuously enhancing performance to achieve ambitious growth objectives across the portfolio, so experience with digital marketing and a strong focus on data and analytics are essential.
You will collaborate with third-party partners and internal teams to develop impactful customer campaigns and enhance digital infrastructure, so strong stakeholder management skills are important to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
This role will be 2-3 days per week in the office, reporting into the Head of Digital.
Their ideal candidate will have hospitality or if not, luxury retail experience.

The Role of the Digital Marketing Manager
- Oversee the daily management of paid ad campaigns, including implementation, tracking, optimisation, and ensuring all tasks are completed within the set deadlines
- As the primary point of contact, you will monitor campaign performance and track ad spend, ensuring that KPIs are met
- Optimise campaigns to maximize performance, improve ROI, reduce CPA, and drive SEO enhancements for the website
- Collaborate with regional Marketing Managers to stay informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and programming
