Our client is a family-run mortgage intermediary who has been operating in the North West for over 20 years. Due to an increase in work, they are looking for Case Managers to join their team on a permanent basis:
You will be working with the mortgage advisors to get information to support applications and also deal with incoming enquiries.
Responsibilities:
1. Be proactive in customer service for both inbound and outbound communication whether by phone or email;
2. Input mortgage applications as required by the mortgage advisor;
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy for data entry;
4. Liaise with lenders and advisors for updates;
5. Build strong relationships;
6. Have a good understanding of the mortgage market;
7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
