You will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities Responsible for the administration of the full recruitment lifecycle for senior vacancies Maintaining staff records, including monitoring sick leave absence; annual leave etc Maintaining the Processes and Employee handbooks Preparing HR related correspondence and documents and producing management information reports Conducting Right to work checks and applying for Certificates of Sponsorship for visas Maintaining and updating monthly payroll changes Advising staff and Managers on HR policies and procedures Temporary HR Advisor Rewards Alongside a competitive hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive the following benefits: Holiday pay Valuable experience in a highly regarded organization The Company The company culture is family-like and offers a supportive environment. Temporary HR Advisor Requirements As the temporary HR Advisor, you will have a strong background in HR and Recruitment, along with the following: Ideally Qualified CIPD level 5 or have equivalent experience. Previous experience managing the recruitment lifecycle Previous experience managing the recruitment for senior positions Strong UK employment knowledge and compliance Experience with Home Office and Visa regulations Pro-active and enthusiastic Friendly and approachable Location Our client is based in an office in a beautiful location in Central Oxford (OX1).
