Provide leadership to the junior staff through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24-hour period.
Provide nursing and clinical leadership and managerial support to the home manager for a care home with nursing for 4 complex individuals.

Qualifications
* Membership of a professional body (NMC)
Experience
* 1 year post-qualification experience working with people with learning disabilities or within a mental health setting (e.g., acute inpatient ward)

Salary: £39,205 to £47,084 a year (Incl. 5% Fringe HCAS, pa, pro rata).
