As part of the Strategic Programmes Team, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects that drive continual improvement and align with our ambitions. Working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and make a measurable difference to both customer and colleague experiences. What Skills and Experience Do You Need? To excel in this role, you will need experience in leading and managing successful projects, demonstrating your ability to deliver strategic priorities effectively. You should have a proven track record of working in partnership with colleagues at all levels, building strong, productive relationships to inspire and guide the delivery of complex initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage stakeholders, resolve problems, and drive decision making processes. Strong organisational and planning abilities are key, as you will be expected to set clear priorities, create detailed project plans, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met. A clear understanding of project management approaches is required, supported by a relevant project management qualification. You should also be able to analyse data and relevant information, assess risks, and make well informed decisions that drive project success. What are the pay and benefits? This is a full time permanent role.
