Regional Health and Safety Advisor
Based from Bristol or Swindon, with regional travel

£40,000 - £45,000 plus car package
We are partnering with a renowned property management company who are looking to appoint a Regional H&S Advisor to join their Health and Safety team covering Bristol and Swindon. This position will see you supporting on Health and Safety across a diverse property portfolio and would suit a candidate with experience working in a H&S position within the property/FM sector. Our client offers hybrid working, with three days a week in either the Bristol or Swindon office.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing, implementing and managing the Health and Safety policies and procedures across different business units
2. Conducting audits and site inspections and ensuring relevant training and inductions are delivered
3. Driving safety initiatives and working in line with the ISO management systems
4. Providing Health and Safety advice, guidance and support across all levels
Qualifications:
1. The right to work in the UK
2. A full driving licence and be willing to travel regionally
3. Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate/equivalent as a minimum, ideally Diploma or working towards
4. Have 2+ years of H&S experience, ideally within FM/ Property Management environments
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
