Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
This role is for a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months.
As a Junior Data Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Data Management and Reporting Team. You will be responsible for the accurate acquisition, storage, security, retrieval, dissemination, and archiving of data across various formats and systems, ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations. Your work will support the business in maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support daily activities of the Data Management Team
2. Manage client portals, including generating new accounts and secure messaging archiving
3. Collate data for CRS and FATCA reporting and other regulatory requirements
4. Archive and monitor data against client retention policies
5. Input, cleanse, and validate client data accurately
6. Perform quality data checks
7. Execute data changes upon request from other teams
8. Distribute daily post
9. Transpose client data
10. Communicate centralized data to clients and third parties as needed

11. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
12. Excellent organizational skills
13. Strong problem-solving abilities
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
15. Excellent time management and communication skills
16. Team player with integrity and diplomacy

18. Professional telephone and face-to-face manner
19. Ability to work under pressure with confidentiality and discretion
20. Good communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
