Are you a meticulous and tenacious professional with experience and passion for railway rolling stock operations? We are seeking a Duty Fleet Manager to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the fleet. This role is pivotal in providing business-critical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage fleet operations using the SRMS system.
2. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
3. Ensure that health, safety, and welfare standards are upheld at all times.
4. Log all activities to ensure that accurate records are maintained.
5. Adopt a meticulous and tenacious approach to documenting and communicating all fleet-related activities.
6. Understand and address the pressures faced by the Fleet Team and MEC members.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. A meticulous and tenacious approach to documenting and communication.
2. Understand the pressures that the Fleet Team and MEC members may be under and provide support accordingly.
3. Experience of managing an operations team in a high-pressure environment.
4. Must have experience in rail rolling stock.
