We are currently seeking two compassionate and dependable Lunchtime Supervisors to join our teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong motivation, enthusiasm, and the essential qualities needed for this pivotal role, including friendliness, fairness, proactiveness, confidence, calmness, and a positive demeanour. Applicants should have a genuine enjoyment of working with children, the ability to take initiative, and a willingness to uphold the school's behaviour policy as necessary. While prior experience working with children is advantageous, it is not mandatory; however, being an exemplary role model for our students is imperative. In summary, responsibilities will encompass: - Supervising children before and after meals - Engaging in games and outdoor activities with the children - Safely escorting children to and from the dining area - Assisting children with table manners, utensil use, meal preparation, etc. - Ensuring cleanliness by promptly addressing any spills or messes The start date for successful candidates will be at the earliest opportunity pending completion of statutory safeguarding checks.
