We are now looking for a Business Support Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role
As a Business Support Officer, you will provide essential operational and project support to our R&D function, as well as ensuring efficient governance activities are delivered.
Identifying new funding opportunities, you will support bid submissions, track their progress, and manage project administration using project management software.
You will co-ordinate governance activities, such as meetings and compliance tracking, and provide diary and travel management support to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
Additionally, you will:
1. Lead day-to-day office management for our London and Leicester offices
2. Manage relationships with the office landlord, contractors, and suppliers
3. Line manage the Business Support Assistant and ensure effective team collaboration
4. Oversee governance matters
5. Support the CEO with administrative tasks and the Senior Management Team with co-ordination of internal meetings and events
About You
To be considered as a Business Support Officer, you will need:
1. Experience using project management or CRM systems
2. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure
3. Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
4. The ability to communicate with a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders and Board members
