To provide administrative support to the Trust's Head of Corporate Affairs and Charity, including specific administrative support to help manage the day-to-day running of the Trust charity, STS Charity. The Assistant Trust Secretary will also assist in the management of freedom of information requests and Foundation Trust membership database management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be flexible, and able to work independently in resolving problems as they arise, maintaining a consistently high professional approach. Experience in managing diaries and minute-taking is essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive matters in a discreet and confidential manner.
The post holder may also be required to cover during periods of annual leave for the Personal Assistant to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Legal.
