An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a full time Band Operational Business Support Manager to provide operational support aligned to a wide range of operational activity across the MH&LD Division.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide effective operational support to the MH&LD Operational Business Lead which includes elements of programme management, leading with recruitment activities across the Division, supporting service improvement initiatives and a wide range of other operational tasks which fall within the Director of Operations portfolio. An element of line management will be required and in addition the creation, submission and presentation of complex briefs and reports delivered within agreed timescales and budget. The post holder will link in with multiple organisational boundaries and encompass linking in with other Divisions and service in the Health Board.
Base can be agreed upon appointment, with an element of home working.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
