About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing occupational therapy services to children aged 7-17 in specialist autism schools. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to deliver evidence-based interventions and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
As a Junior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of students, assessing their needs, developing and implementing intervention plans, and evaluating progress. You will also participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the occupational therapy service.
The ideal candidate will hold HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist, have experience working with children and young people, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and have strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to children aged 7-17.
* Manage your own caseload of students, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing intervention plans, and evaluating progress.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the occupational therapy service.
Requirements:
* Holds HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Salary and Benefits:
£38,000 - £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus industry-leading benefits package.
