Shifts: 4 on 4 off 5 on 5 off (Every other weekend off)

About the role:
As a multiskilled maintenance engineer, you will be working within a fast-paced and busy production environment. You will be responsible for maintaining PLC controlled equipment including robotics and conveyor systems.
Responsibilities include:
1. Utilising CMMS to complete planned preventive maintenance.
2. Reacting to breakdowns in a timely manner.
3. Fault finding through various methods, including drawings, multimeter, PLC.
4. Machine upgrade, refurbishment and new machine installation.
5. Improving plant reliability.
About you:
As you will be working within a small engineering team, it is important you are able to work effectively in a multiskilled capacity, including working alone to perform electrical maintenance tasks.
1. Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is essential.
2. Understanding and practical experience of maintaining pneumatic systems.
3. Understanding of PLC systems and how to fault find using them.
4. Apprentice trained with a recognised level 3 engineering qualification.
5. Flexibility to work overtime shifts.
