About The Role We are seeking a motivated and professional CCTV operative to work as a flexible Concierge Officer in various locations across the borough of Islington. Our concierge service currently operates 12 concierge offices/CCTV Hubs and one reception centre. We offer CCTV monitoring and reporting on crimes and antisocial behaviour (ASB) for 35 estates. Our service collaborates regularly with the police, housing associations, and other council departments to enhance security for housing blocks in Islington. You will be working flexible shifts depending on the availability and needs of the service. Key responsibilities include: Operating and analysing CCTV and Access Control equipment Demonstrating excellent customer-focused skills through face-to-face interactions and telephone communication Creating accurate and detailed reports on ASB and housing-related incidents for various council departments and external authorities, particularly the police Having a strong understanding and awareness of safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults Applicants must address the essential criteria outlined in the person specification.
