We're seeking individuals with experience in a contact centre or customer service environment. You'll be computer literate with a knack for multitasking and navigating various systems. Most importantly, you'll possess a genuine passion for helping others and a desire to create positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively.
2. Staying current with our products, services, and policies to provide expert advice.
3. Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices.
4. Working collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
6. Maintaining accurate records within our systems.

Your working rotation runs like a well-fitted tap! For two weeks, you soak up the 08:00-16:30 shift, then switch it up with a week of 09:30-18:00 - it's like adjusting the water pressure just right! Then finally, there's a week of 12:30-21:00 - the perfect mix of variety! Plus, only one weekend in four, but when you do work it, you're on duty from 08:30-17:00 on Saturday and 09:30-18:00 on Sunday - talk about unclogging those weekend drains! Oh, and did I mention the midweek day off, when you work a weekend? Yep, you get one either side of that weekend - because balance is key!
