Our client is looking to grow their sponsorship sales team, selling on global sustainability events with the opportunity for international travel and uncapped earnings.
Their large scale conferences are market leaders, connecting the biggest businesses, regulators, and public sector bodies across the sustainability eco-system to drive forward positive change.
If you’ve got 2+ years’ of B2B sales experience (event experience not necessary but obviously a bonus), this role is a fantastic step into the lucrative world of B2B conferences.
The Sponsorship Sales Manager will:
1. Sell sponsorship packages on large scale B2B conferences.
2. Build consultative relationships with industry leaders at C-Suite level.
3. Work closely with production and marketing to effectively immerse yourself in the sector and the content.
4. Deliver on warm, qualified leads from the marketing team.
5. Drive revenue for your events and take ownership of targets through the delivery cycle.
The ideal candidate:
6. 2-3 years’ B2B sales experience across any sector.
7. A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
8. Experience with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
9. A consultative salesperson, engaging with senior leaders to understand business needs and pain points.
10. A strong communicator and storyteller, able to engage with the event content.
11. Any additional language skills are a bonus but not a necessity.
