We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Property Manager, with previous bookkeeping experience, for our client, a bespoke London-based property services company, to join their small team.
Our client’s comprehensive services include assistance with property management, lettings, relocations and various property-related needs.
The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful and able to work autonomously and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of service. They will possess the necessary skills to deal with clients and property requirements day to day, and the flexibility to monitor and respond to requirements as needed.
Previous property management and bookkeeping experience is essential, alongside trustworthiness, discretion and problem-solving skills, and should be London-based.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Manage records and bookkeeping, monthly reporting, rental income tracking, and expenses
2. Coordinate tenant communications, including lease management, screening processes, and maintaining tenant records
3. Property maintenance support, i.e. scheduling repairs, liaising with contractors, and inventories
4. Prepare legal and financial documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance
5. PA & administrative support, i.e. correspondence, scheduling, and communication between property owners, tenants, and service providers
6. Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive property and tenant information
7. Managing property access for contractors and service providers
8. Conducting property visits and running essential errands
Hours: 9-6pm
