Job Overview
The Support, Time and Recovery worker is a valued member of our MDT. The successful candidate will be expected to carry a supervised caseload, working and supporting service users in the community on their recovery journey. We value relationships with our team and the community, and want to ensure that the successful candidate will help add to our community through experiences and their working knowledge. They will be an active part of the MDT team, advising on the current needs of service users, families, and carers, and supporting them when further or other input is required.
Main Duties of the Job
To work within the MDT approach, using the recovery model, providing appropriate, holistic care to service users while also considering and working with families and carers. Focus on the direct needs of the service users, collaborating with other disciplines and across boundaries to maximize care delivery with limited resources for the best outcomes for service users.
