WMS Technical Consultant - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Hamilton Barnes has a exciting opportunity for you to join a market-leading transformational consultancy on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining flexibility with on-site collaboration at the client's Daventry location. As a techno-functional expert, you will provide critical support and solutions for Blue Yonder WMS/RedPrairie.

Key Responsibilities:

* Techno-Functional Support: Act as the primary support consultant, providing end-to-end techno-functional assistance for Blue Yonder WMS/RedPrairie WMS.
* Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Integration Support: Work alongside integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues effectively.
* Stakeholder Management: Lead customer calls, providing clear communication and updates while coordinating efforts with offshore teams to deliver seamless support and solutions.

What you will ideally bring:

1. In-depth knowledge of MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, reports, and labels.
2. Proficiency in integrating JDA WMS with diverse host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
