Salary: £12.21 per hour Plus overtime pay
Shift Patterns Available:
Monday - Friday 10.30am-7pm - 40 hours term time only.

Job Description
As a General Assistant you will…
* Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
* Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
* Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
* Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Ideally have experience working within education catering.
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic.
* Have excellent organizational skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
