The role of a LAC Social Worker:
* You will formulate, prepare, and implement Care Plans and Pathway Plans.
* You will manage a caseload including those in care proceedings, attend Court, prepare court statements and care plans, and represent the Local Authority.
* You will prepare and present a range of reports, including reports for Court, Child Care Reviews, Professional, and Planning meetings.
* You will complete assessments for children, young people, and their families.
Essential requirements of this Social Work role:
* You will hold a degree in Social Work.
* You must be registered with Social Work England.
* You must have completed your ASYE.
* Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration.
