The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talented graduates and qualified teachers to join our pool of exceptional candidates. Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll assist in creating engaging job adverts, managing candidate applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact in education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen candidates for various education roles, from teaching assistants to qualified teachers.
2. Create engaging and SEO-friendly job adverts to attract high-quality talent.
3. Manage candidate applications through our CRM and job boards.
4. Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone and email, ensuring suitability for the roles.
5. Assist the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities.
7. Support with administrative tasks, including data entry and updating candidate records.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
3. Proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for education and helping people succeed.
4. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
5. Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
6. Bachelor's degree in any subject is preferred, though not essential.
