Teaching Assistant Location: Treharris CF46 5NE Position Type: Part-time/Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and providing assistance to our students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Support individual students or small groups, helping to enhance their learning experience. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Help with classroom management and organisation. Collaborate with staff to implement tailored support for students with additional needs. Qualifications: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
