Private Medical – Account Administration - Client Support – Policy Renewals – Pricing – Hybrid Working (3/2) – Stroud - £35k - £45 Bonus & Benefits My client, a boutique Insurance Broker is looking for an experience Account Executive / Account Handler to join their ever-growing business to support the Account Manager with their impressive global private and business client network. The ideal candidate will come from a Private Medical insurance background with experience of tailoring Insurance product offerings to the needs of individual and businesses customers. Key Responsibilities: Daily Administration: Manage clients’ insurance needs, including handling enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, and processing invoices. Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they secure appropriate coverage at competitive premiums. New Business and Renewals: Handle new business inquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in accordance with company terms and conditions. Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and ensure a smooth renewal process. Documentation: Prepare and issue accurate renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, and maintain precise records within the Broker Systems Premium Collection: Ensure timely collection of premiums before the commencement of cover. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in Private Medical insurance. Understanding of the insurer markets and proficiency with IT / Broker systems Negotiation, broking, and client service skills. Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle work accurately under pressure. Strong communication skills.
