You will play a crucial role, providing high-level customer care by effectively communicating with our customers via email and phone.
Working as part of our busy team, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will assist in providing a first-class service to our customers. You will be expected to collaborate and support your colleagues across a broad range of tasks within the team.
The role will include:
1. Assessment and administration of customers' details
2. Liaising with other departments
3. Handling customer enquiries
4. Management of an individual caseload of retention customers
5. Communicating with all levels of staff
Experience/Qualities:
1. A background in administration is desirable as well as an excellent telephone manner
2. Strong written communication skills
3. Experience of Word and Outlook
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Confidential/professional management skills
