Job Description
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
* Coordinate activities within the team and the center
* Develop and implement culture projects including team events and annual awards evenings
* Assist with the interview process for new hires when required although this will be very occasionally
* Assist with administration within the team
* Monitor and report on HR metrics to report to the manager
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team success
* Support the professional development and wellbeing of team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong administration experience and the ability to prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
