APPOINTMENT OF SIX MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF THE ARTS COUNCIL NI
The Arts Council is the lead development agency for the arts in Northern Ireland, with a vision of having a society where all people can experience a thriving arts sector that is recognised as essential to creativity, well-being and social and economic prosperity.
O pportunities to join the Board as a Member have arisen, providing individuals with an excellent opportunity to contribute to its leadership, direction and oversight. The Board also plays a critical role in both developing and improving the knowledge and appreciation of the arts.
Applications are welcome from across the community, voluntary, business or public sectors particularly from women, people with a disability, people from minority ethnic groups and young people. You do not need to have previous experience of serving on a board to apply.
