The Job:
* Lead and mentor a team, overseeing travel consultants and supporting their growth and development.
* Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
* Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
* Provide expert travel advice, ensuring compliance with travel policies and optimising travel experiences.
* Implement new clients.
* Enhance current travel programmes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings.
* Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
