Job Description
3. Provide secretarial support to the team, including diary management and meeting coordination
4. Management of a range of busy diaries
5. Coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
6. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
7. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
8. Liaise with clients to accurately curate events and meetings
9. Assisting with project budgeting and timelines
10. Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
11. Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks to the senior PA's as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Assistant should have:
12. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
13. a proven background in supporting a small team
14. Proficiency in MS Office applications
15. Experience working across a range of timezones
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently
18. A relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field
