Main duties of the job Key Duties Include: Data Management & Validation : Handle e-track queries and validate reports from Information Services. Communication : Manage incoming telephone inquiries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly. Direct Support to Clinical Staff : Provide essential administrative assistance to consultants and nurse specialists, including diary and appointment management. Supervision of Band 2 Staff : Oversee and supervise Band 2 team members, including performance appraisals (MPAs). Clinic Management : Utilise the Clinician system to schedule or cancel clinics as needed, ensuring optimal clinic utilisation. Email Management : Respond to emails across multiple mailboxes, keeping communication smooth and organised.
