Founded in 2011, we have extensive experience delivering commercial solar projects of every scale from 1kW to 4.5MW. We offer end-to-end rooftop and ground mount services, from the initial survey and consultation to design, installation, monitoring, operations, and maintenance.

Experienced solar installers
We’re expanding our solar installer teams in Southampton and Bristol and are looking for talented individuals to join us. Our projects range from local to nationwide, so candidates must be open to travel and overnight stays.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in solar or mechanical installation, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a keen desire to learn and develop their skills.
Key responsibilities
* Work with team members to plan and organise the installation process
* Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and as efficiently as possible
* Install solar panels on roofs and other structures in accordance with industry standards and design engineer specifications
* Troubleshoot and solve problems related to the installation process
* Follow safety regulations and procedures at all times
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers
* Actively support and uphold our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace
* Encourage an environment free from racism, misogyny, discrimination, and bias
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience installing solar or other mechanical or electrical installation
* Ability to travel when required
Skills and capabilities
* Reliable team player
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (20kg)
* Strong attention to detail
* An understanding of health and safety on-site and the ability to work in line with our company policies

* Base salary £30-40k – 40 hour week (depending on experience)
