We’re currently seeking a central Client Services Administrator to work across our Accountancy & Advisory Service, ensuring efficiency and consistency of service delivery to the team and our clients.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an interest in continually improving both the service they provide and their work within the team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Administering client onboarding and maintenance procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated, including anti-money laundering checks.
* Liaising with the client delivery team to ensure work is scheduled and delivered on time.
* Managing client disengagement procedures, ensuring forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated.
About you
* Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role.
* Strong administration skills.
* Advanced IT skills, with good knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* High regard for confidentiality.
* Understanding of data protection requirements.
* Professional services experience is desirable.
