The Role:
Our client is looking to expand their Corporate and Commercial department as their approach has resulted in sustained growth over the last 5 years. It is an extremely varied role, and the right person must be versatile.
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting shareholder agreements and articles for newly incorporated companies.
2. Negotiating corporate acquisitions, disposals, and equity fundraising deals.
3. Advising, reviewing, and assisting on all day-to-day contracts their businesses require, from terms of business to supply agreements and everything in between.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Corporate and Commercial law.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
4. Strong drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
