Due to their continued excellent service levels internally and externally, they are hiring for an experienced Service Delivery Manager.
Job Overview: As the Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and lead a team of talented 1st & 2nd line Support. Running a smooth and efficient service is paramount, incorporating the Helpdesk, incidents, and day-to-day problems that arise. The growth of the function is part of the role and will require a focused approach to systems processes and ways of working, such as ITIL, to become the standard.
Key Skills:
* Ideally an ERP, Supply Chain, WMS, or Retail background
* Experience in Retail or eCommerce
* Hardware & Software incident support
* ITIL knowledge
Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years in a similar role
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
