Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research on available homes and local neighborhoods to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers.
* Promptly organize home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers.
* Accompany the lead agent in showcasing properties to buyers that match their preferences and financial plans to boost sales.
* Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and guide them through a seamless closing process for a fair transaction.
* Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients.
* Follow up with leads to foster relationships and create potential sales opportunities.
* Implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
* Efficiently schedule appointments.
* Conduct consultations with clients.
* Successfully close sales.
Qualifications:
* The candidate must have experience or a willingness to learn about CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
* Being self-motivated and capable of completing tasks independently is essential.

* Holding a valid real estate license is required.
* Excellent communication skills are vital for this role.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
