Training & Development: Identify the training needs of ED staff, including newly recruited Band 5 Registered Nurses, Band 6 & 7 Nurses, and Clinical Support Workers, and provide tailored support to enhance their skills and knowledge Competency Frameworks: Assist in the development and implementation of competency frameworks for Band 5, 6 & 7 Registered Nurses, ensuring staff are supported in achieving and maintaining the required competencies. Staff Transition Support: Facilitate the transition and professional development of newly recruited Band 5 Nurses, helping them integrate into the ED environment effectively Ensure mandatory training is up to date along side trust standard Triage Training: Assist with triage training and sign-off, in collaboration with the Manchester Triage team, ensuring that staff are competent in triage procedures.
