Role
* Working with clients ranging from small businesses to established multinationals.
* Undertake a broad mix of work, with appropriate supervision if needed, predominantly but not exclusively for employers from larger corporates, public sector and third sector organisations.
You
* Circa 5+ PQE Employment solicitor with a broad understanding of working with employers and HR teams.
* Client focused and commercially astute.
* A driven and passionate team player who enjoys business development and can build strong client relationships.
* Demonstrates excellent client care skills and can assist in the evolution of the department.
