You will manage existing customer relationships and identify new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for selling aftermarket products, services, and software solutions, ensuring the right technical applications meet customer needs. You will also focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales goals and targets within the assigned territory, including upselling and aftersales opportunities
* Implement a strategic sales call plan to build and strengthen B2B customer relationships
* Identify and qualify new prospects through effective CRM database management, targeting both new sales and aftersales opportunities
* Directly and indirectly (via agents) sell a wide range of aftermarket products, services, and retrofits, including upselling value-added solutions
* Demonstrate technical expertise in products and applications to ensure proper sales and aftersales solutions
* Coordinate with Applications Engineers for advanced technical support and custom quotations to support both pre-sales and aftersales activities
* Manage direct mail fulfillment and lead qualification from various sources (email, web, phone), ensuring prompt follow-up on aftersales inquiries
* Monitor aftersales customer satisfaction and work with internal teams to minimize payment delays and resolve any aftersales issues
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or aftermarket sales
* Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering, software solutions, or industrial products, with a focus on upselling and aftersales support
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic sales skills, including the ability to identify upselling opportunities
* Ability to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate product demonstrations to maximize B2B sales potential
* Experience working with CRM tools to track and manage sales and aftersales pipelines
