About the Role
This role will see you take responsibility for the maintenance, growth and performance of its ingredients sales across the industrial bakery sector, developing and delivering customer presentations to all customers. You'll work closely with the technical team to ensure that the technical requirements of each customer are being met. Driving projects for customer accounts will be a key part of the role, ensuring successful outcomes. Being considered as the leading ethical supplier by its customers, you will be an ambassador to for the business, with the scope and autonomy to make a genuine difference in what is a diverse and dynamic business. Working from home, you will have full autonomy to travel extensively throughout the UK (potentially with overnight stays) on an almost daily basis to visit customers and attend internal meetings.
You will:
Be strategically and commercial minded with a proven sales record (ideally from the industrial bakery sector).
Have a Key account Selling / Technical background with a good process / ingredient understanding of industrial baking. Further knowledge of plant bread bakeries (pizza, flatbreads, tortillas, rolls, enriched doughs) would be a welcomed asset.
Have excellent leadership capability both in change management and being part of a high performing team.
Demonstrate strong project management experience.
Have knowledge of the industrial sector would be a desirable attribute.
Possess gravitas and strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to navigate complex markets and internal network.
