Job summary This is an exiting opportunity for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a GP-led primary care team serving a population of over 12,400 patients. The successful candidate will provide routine clinics morning and afternoon and will respond to the urgent clinical task group and other queries generated throughout the day alongside other members of the team. Part time hours will be considered. Main duties of the job A suitably qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with sufficient experience to work autonomously and independently who will: 1. Provide a morning and afternoon clinic for patients with undifferentiated and diagnosed health problems 2 Respond to urgent clinical tasks and queries generated throughout the day 3. Take part in clinical meetings to share best clinical practice and learning 4. Play an active role in the development of the organisation, including quality improvement and patient safety 5. Work within NMC Code of Conduct and to agreed practice standards and protocols.
