Full Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies, secure contracts, and enhance the company’s presence within the industry. Responsibilities & Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical and M&E sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals. Research market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic growth areas. Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and present proposals. Work closely with estimating and project teams to develop competitive bids and tenders. Attend industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows to promote the company. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting to senior management. Negotiate and close deals to secure profitable contracts. Requirements: Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role within construction, M&E, or electrical contracting. Strong understanding of M&E services, electrical contracting, and commercial projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence. Salary & Package: Competitive base salary commission structure. 28 days holiday and company pension.
