Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: Dartford (Office-based with site visits as required)
Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on experience)

An established and growing M&E company based in Dartford is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. Role Overview:
As the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
* Prepare project programmes, monitor progress, and report on project performance.
* Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and to agreed timelines.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee procurement and management of materials and resources.
* Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project delivery.
* Provide leadership to site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships, securing repeat business and positive referrals.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the M&E industry.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
